I wrote about something similar on my blog – the prison yard workout. Here’s the link…

I trust your opinion and on the basis of what you wrote, I got this book. I was intrigued by the ad copy but you can never trust that hyped-up crap.
What can I say? Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Convict Conditioning is the BEST training book I have EVER read.
It is just what I’m looking for–I started today and I already feel better! lol
Brilliant review, can’t wait to read about all your progress as you incorprate these great exercises into your routine! Thanks again!

Mike: glad you like it! Have fun and let us know how it goes. I am already developing a decent halfway one-arm. The goal for me is to get to where my shoulders are square, and feet are together.
I’m pleased with the progress. Ball rollouts really seem to be effective.
Good luck!

Thanks for the review — I ordered the book today based on your positive review and some others I’ve seen. I was hesitant, because at nearly $50 after shipping, it seemed like a pretty steep price for a book that might have just been nonsense, judging from the overdone website. (I auotmatically distrust any website with bright colors and lots of CAPITAL LETTERS.)

Steve: agreed, the website is over the top on the marketing and ad copy
Good luck on CC!
