		<description>I tested each level and progressed to the area I was not proficient at.  I&#039;m right in the middle of the push-up progression and seem to have the hanging leg raise mastered.  The bridge is uncharted territory and I am somewhere in the middle for the pull-up.  Lots to work on still!</description>
