Tonight it’s a deadlift track day. Doesn’t happen very often, but I’m bringing the bar and the bumper plates. Should be a good one!
Warm-up:
- kettlebell swing practice
- turkish get-ups
- jump-rope
- 1 to 2 laps around track
4 rounds for time:
- 5 Deadlifts (bodyweight)
- 10 knees to elbows
- 10 thrusters
- 400 meters with 20# pack
