Tuesday Night WOD 1/5 – Campbell Track

Sweat Angel at the Track

Tonight it’s a deadlift track day. Doesn’t happen very often, but I’m bringing the bar and the bumper plates. Should be a good one!

Warm-up:

  • kettlebell swing practice
  • turkish get-ups
  • jump-rope
  • 1 to 2 laps around track

4 rounds for time:

  • 5 Deadlifts (bodyweight)
  • 10 knees to elbows
  • 10 thrusters
  • 400 meters with 20# pack
