Heavy Swing

Today’s WOD:

Warm-up:

  • Jog or row 5 minutes
  • 20 Back Extensions
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 10 push-ups
  • 5 pistols L/R

Main:

  • 10 rounds:
    • 20 Kettlebell Swings 32 kg (RKC style)
    • 60 Jumping Jacks
