Triplet WOD: Record reps on the last rounds for TRX Body Row and TRX Plank Crunch

Tabata Set 1 (full set of 8 rounds for each exercise)

  • Front Squats with PVC Pipe
  • TRX Body Row, feet below anchor

Warrior I, II, II  – Right side 1 minute each position
Chair Pose – 1 minute
Warrior I, II, III – Left side 1 minute each position*

Tabata Set 2 (full set of 8 rounds for each exercise)

  • Dumbbell Squat Clean (25# / 15#)
  • TRX Plank Crunches
