Friday WOD 10/9 – 5k run!

Calendar suddenly opened up. Had my running gear.

Note to self: run with bike shorts, or anything that will prevent chaffing.

Need something for eyes. Sweat was killing me. Had to take off shirt mid-stride to handle sweat in the eye. This while holding phone recording route, ear phones for inspirational music, and glasses because I like to see where I’m going…

Next time, less crap. Faster time.
