Setup weight and TRX stations
Go for 5 rounds:
- 800 yd run
- 30 dumbell swings (25# each)
- 5 TRX near vertical decline push-ups

I could only do 3 full rounds, plus 1 extra 800, and 7 dumbbell swings before my arms started failing.
0:26:43 for the 3.75 rounds
