WOD – Last day of 2008

This is was inspired by the “Eva” workout found at crossfit.com.

10 min jog warm-up

Setup weight and TRX stations

Go for 5 rounds:

  • 800 yd run
  • 30 dumbell swings (25# each)
  • 5 TRX near vertical decline push-ups

10 minute cooldown run

    I could only do 3 full rounds, plus 1 extra 800, and 7 dumbbell swings before my arms started failing. :) 0:26:43 for the 3.75 rounds
