Racing and Fitness Training (RAFT)

Want to get started on your goals for 2009?  Join the RAFT group for training, nutrition and racing tips!  Each week we focus on an exercise, a food, and a training strategy that will help you achieve those hard to reach milestones.

We work on TRX, circuit training, adventure racing, fitness and strength training concepts.

Each month we have a 10k run, every 3 months we hold a half-marathon (plenty of time to train for one BTW), and for those serious runners, we hold a 6 month marathon.  These are all training events.  No one is taking pictures (ok I might be for the site), but this is not recorded (well everyone is encouraged to post their times), and no one is trying to race you (well there may be some friendly competition…  :)   )
