Tracking Workout Results

It’s incredible how fast the body is able to adapt to the workouts.  Cindy almost took me out the first time I did the 20 minute killer.  Then the next two times I started seeing progress without the incredible soreness of the first session.  Google docs makes tracking workouts results simple and it’s one of the tools I use with clients.  I setup a shareable spreadsheet with each athlete and we both keep track of workouts, goals, body metrics, and training plans.

Wow. I just did this today. Pull-ups are definitely better. No assistance needed.

Did the air squats with MUCH better form thanks to the crossfit cert training last weekend.

The PUSH-UPS were trash though. I think I finally did them with good form(chest all the way to the ground) and I just reached failure earlier than usual.

    16 rounds without assistance!!

16 rounds today! Did it during the afternoon in the sun. Definitely felt sluggish. Push-up form was better, I just felt did not feel like powering through. Next attempt is going to be solid.

    18 rounds plus 5 pull-ups and 6 push-ups! Almost to 19!!
